POWER FLOW

Power Yoga, started in the 90’s in Santa Monica, USA, is a popular dynamic series of postures that aim to challenge your balance, strength, stability and flexibility. Through strongholds, guided movement and breath we build up warmth and energy in the body leaving our mat feeling stronger, deeper connected, and a bit sweaty (so bring a sweat towel). We recommend this flow for intermediate yogis (suggest having 5 slow flow classes up your belt).

SLOW FLOW

Although a slower style of flow, our Slow Flow still offers moments for strongholds and peak pose challenges to build your strength, stability and to ultimately connect deeper to yourself. This class style slows it down to create more mindfulness and awareness for each asana (pose), prana (breath), and transition between the two. Suitable for all levels, from beginner to experienced yogis.

YIN/ MEDITATION

In Yin Yoga, we explore long-hold therapeutic postures (held between 2-7 minutes) in order to deeply nourish the connective tissue of your body and allow for flow of chi through the fascia, release blockages in our meridians (energy lines throughout the body) in order to  harmonize the physical, mental & emotional body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this therapeutic passive style yoga explores the challenge of physical & mental stillness in each pose.

PILATES

Our Mat Pilates is all about building your core, improves your mobility, strength, body alignment, and aims to tone and lengthen your body. Suitable for all levels.


YOGA NIDRA

Yoga nidra is a restorative yoga and healing that happens in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during yoga nidra allows your mind and body to rest while you're awake Yoga nidra helps reduce stress and improves a better sleep.
